XX3!!

The last Air Jordan? Yes! The 23's ARE the LAST Air Jordans...Always snappin...
Start saving your $$$ gymshoe-heads!
I say if you got any money to spend, cop these because the 23's definitely mark a huge point in sneaker history. Relax, brand-new hypes, who are barely coming around with 3s or 4s... But if you a genuine Jordan collector from back when you were a kid in Chicago and had to work weeks before you earned them shits, you can understand...these are a must get.

The Chicago Bulls ones, with MJ's signature... since fake images are already all over the internet, you gotta look for the design on the side with an M from Michael Jordan's autograph that looks like a 23 if you look sideways.

And the black limited releases

Fuck what you really think of how they look... just like Spizikes... everyone hates. Point is, you want to have them for the sake of it. Look out for them in the next month or so.

And there's also the University Blue joints... but we only really care about Chicago, right?

And I, Hananne, am offically back home!

..to the Chi, from N-Y. Why am I not even surprised that I step foot outside through the airport doors and the snow's melted and birds are chirping.... na that wasn't even how it happened... but I barely got in at 11 and I'm greeted by springlike weather on a winter night! Meanwhile it was fucking brick in New York the whole time I was there. And I am also not surprised that it is going to be 6osome degrees there tomorrow and for the rest of the week, and that the unseasonable weather is over here for us in Chicago. Good weather avoids me. God really has the worst plans for me.
That ain't even all of my bad luck....I can thank my Egyptian/arabian ass name for raising a red flag for all airlines and airports to have me on a watch list...I must really be on some kind terrorist list because my ass cannot fly without being detained, strip-searched, and all my shit handled with gloves and exaggerated protective uniforms, then inspected with cotton swabs and put through little air-blowing machines.
Anyway, New York was a good time, but its GOOD to be back in Chicago.
And here's just a small percent of my photos that I'll share for now:

Recent News

Mica's time line in terms of scary television viewing goes a little something like this: "Ghostwriter" (That weird orb thing was freaky, I don't care), then "Are You Afraid of the Dark?" (because the two chicks from "Sister, Sister" were in an episode involving transforming chameleons) and then..finally, "Tales from the Crypt." This show and that Skeletor lookin' grim reaper scared the ultimate SHIT out of me. There was this one specific episode that even after 7+ years of not seeing, I still remember clear as day. It was about this really popular restaurant that always had lines of people waiting to get in (like Hot Dougs? I don't know). Ok, and their specialty, the dish that they were known for was their steak and eggs. Fair enough, I love that on a Sunday morning too. I don't remember what happens in between the storyline so let me just cut to the end. The reason why the steak was so good was because it was actually HUMAN MEAT. The restaurant had a professional killer that would bring in carcasses to be fried, grilled and enjoyed by their customers. So the true question comes in, well maybe two. First, What kind of demented person even remembers something like that? Me, I guess. And second, why would I bring it up? It's mainly because I was getting my daily news on and came across this:

Man kills, cooks and possibly eats girlfriend, police say

TYLER, Texas (AP)
-- A man killed his girlfriend, then filleted and cooked parts of her body before calling police to tell them what he was doing, authorities said Sunday.

Christopher Lee McCuin, 25, called 911 on Saturday and told an emergency dispatcher he had killed Jana Shearer, 21, and was boiling her body parts at his mother's home, said Smith County Sheriff J.B. Smith.

When authorities arrived at the home, they found Shearer's mutilated body, one ear boiling in a pot of water on the stove and a fork sticking out of some human flesh sitting on a plate on the kitchen table.

Great. Go look at dude's mugshot and read the rest of it here.

I hate cats.

I'm sorry, I don't like cats. Maybe it's because I've grown up with at least one dog my entire life (RIP Ruffles). Maybe it's because to me, dogs are more down to earth than pompous ass, arrogant, walking around and thinking that they're better than YOU, cats. Or maybe it's because I can't stand those cat pictures that have ridiculous sayings photoshopped into them..(something about cheeseburgers?). Whatever reason it may be, I just don't get it and I don't really see the appeal. Being the animal lover that I am, I've given cats more than enough opportunities to prove me wrong and yet to this day, the entire species has failed me. I tried talking to them in the same way that I talk to all dogs that I come across. They don't respond in the same manner and actually it's safe to say that more times than not, the cat looked at me like I was an idiot. I can't handle that sort of rejection. So go ahead, put your unappreciative little brat of a cat in a ugly ass wig (pictured above) while I get one of my babies (or Emaline) this cute Louis Vuitton collar.
